Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated MBA fresher to join our Sales Team and drive business growth in domestic and international markets. This role is ideal for dynamic and ambitious individuals eager to build a career in sales, business development, and international trade.
This position provides a great platform for fresh MBA graduates to gain real-world experience in B2B sales, market expansion, and client relationship management while working with a leading brand in the writing instruments industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Primarily focus on revenue generation and achieving sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with NEW Domestic / International distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients and partners.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in Domestic / Global markets.
· Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
· Conduct market research to understand the industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Provide an after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
· MBA Fresher’s (Marketing / International Business / Sales specialization preferred).
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Office Hours: 10:00 AM TO 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Important Note : Commute time from Home to Office
should not be more than 1 hour.
