Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure support domain.
- Promote and sell services such as managed IT support, server and network support, desktop support, cloud infrastructure, and data center solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads) in target companies.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT support solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
