Job Description

Understand our products, their functions, and benefits to external audiences.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets in line with strategy.
Track and report performance metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
Engage with internal and external teams to enhance products and business processes.
Collaborate with senior executives to negotiate deals and assist in onboarding.
Assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
Greet customers warmly and courteously.
Follow up with customers in the pipeline or customers requiring any assistance.
Monitor inventory levels, and restock shelves when necessary.
