Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Generate leads through various channels such as brokers, referrals, digital platforms, and direct client interactions.

Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Handle client queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure proper documentation, deal closures, and follow-up on payments.
