1. Responsible for client engagement & managing the requirements

2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements 

3. Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

4. Aggressively achieving the sales target 

5. Conducting sales calls and closing the leads and pointing out a property's best feature to the buyer

6. ensuring all the prospect's queries about the projects are addressed.

7. Scheduling and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyers till closure.

8. Maintaining a good relationship with customers pre and post-sales.

9. Proven work experience in Real Estate Sales

Salary Range(In Rupees): 12000-17000
