Job Description
Wanted sales associate boys/girls for working in mini super markets/Ready to eat food outlets. Free lodging & Boarding provided. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass/Fail. Experience in selling food products preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. In-Store Sales Support
-
Assist in the sale and promotion of RTE food products within assigned mini supermarkets and grocery outlets.

Educate customers about the features, benefits, ingredients, and shelf-life of ready-to-eat products.

Help customers with product selection and provide suggestions based on their preferences or dietary needs.
2. Product Display and Merchandising
-
Ensure proper product placement in accordance with brand guidelines (eye-level placement, category grouping, FIFO rotation).

Refill and maintain stock on shelves, refrigerators, or display stands.
-
Set up promotional displays and ensure that point-of-sale (POS) materials like price tags, banners, and posters are correctly placed and in good condition.
3. Stock Monitoring and Reporting
-
Monitor inventory levels at the outlet and notify the store manager or sales supervisor when stock is low.

Identify and report near-expiry, damaged, or slow-moving items.

Record daily sales activity and stock movement for internal reporting.
4. Customer Engagement and Feedback
-
Interact with walk-in customers to explain product usage, heating instructions (if applicable), and value propositions.

Collect feedback from customers and store staff regarding product quality, taste, pricing, and availability.

Address minor concerns or direct complaints to the appropriate team or supervisor.
5. Outlet Relationship Building
-
Build rapport with store managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure long-term support and cooperation.

Encourage store personnel to actively promote the brand and offer recommendations to customers.
6. Support Promotions and Campaigns
-
Participate in in-store promotions, food sampling events, weekend demos, and new product launches.

Encourage impulse purchases during promotional periods and increase customer awareness.
