Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

Assist Customers: Greet customers as they enter the store, listen to their needs, and provide product recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the products and services offered to effectively answer customer inquiries and suggest appropriate solutions.

Personalized Service: Offer personalized service to help customers find the right products based on their preferences, lifestyle, and requirements.

Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
2. Sales & Targets:

Meet Sales Goals: Drive sales by actively engaging customers, cross-selling, upselling, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Promotions & Offers: Inform customers about special promotions, sales events, or loyalty programs and encourage them to take advantage of offers.

Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while ensuring that the sales register is balanced at the end of each shift.
3. Store Presentation & Inventory:

Product Displays: Maintain organized and attractive product displays to enhance the shopping experience and promote sales.

Stock Replenishment: Ensure that shelves are stocked with merchandise, ensuring that popular items are always available.

Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting low-stock items.

Store Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, including tidying up the sales floor, fitting rooms, and store back areas.
4. Team Collaboration:

Teamwork: Work closely with fellow associates, supervisors, and managers to meet store goals and deliver excellent service.

Knowledge Sharing: Share product knowledge and sales techniques with team members to improve overall performance.

Training: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
5. Administrative Tasks:

Sales Reporting: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting, as needed.

Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback through surveys or direct conversations and report it to management to improve store operations.
