Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist customers, drive sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations.
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Close sales and meet individual and team sales targets.
2. Store Operations & Inventory Management:
- Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Assist in managing inventory, restocking, and stock audits.
- Process billing and payment transactions accurately.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Collect customer feedback to improve sales and service strategies.
4. Reporting & Team Collaboration:
- Maintain daily sales reports and track individual performance.
- Coordinate with team members and management to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and competitor trends.
