Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, or online.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

  • Close sales by addressing customer inquiries, objections, and concerns.

2. Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.

3. Relationship Management
