Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, helping them find products that meet their needs, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized and appealing store environment. As the face of the brand, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing a positive shopping experience and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.

Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

Assist customers in locating specific items or exploring new product options.

Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Sales & Upselling:

Actively promote products and services to drive store sales.

Upsell and cross-sell related products or offers to maximize revenue.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store.
Transactions & Billing:
-
Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and returns or exchanges.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.

Ensure proper issuance of receipts and follow company policies for discounts or loyalty programs.
Store Maintenance:

Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves, racks, and displays.

Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.

Assist in stock counts, labeling, tagging, and inventory checks.

Follow store opening and closing procedures when scheduled.
Reporting & Communication:

Report customer feedback, product issues, or out-of-stock items to the store supervisor.

Communicate regularly with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Participate in training sessions or team meetings as required.
