Provide demonstrations and explain the benefits of products, helping customers choose the right items based on their needs.

Sales Assistance:

Actively promote and upsell products to meet sales targets and maximize store revenue.

Use effective sales techniques to encourage repeat business and build customer loyalty.

Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and in accordance with company policy.

Sales Operations:

Transaction Processing:

Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain accuracy in sales records and cash handling.

Stock and Inventory:

Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that products are neatly displayed.

Help in organizing the sales floor, ensuring that products are placed correctly and aesthetically to enhance customer experience.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities.

Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy to engage customers and close sales.

Visual Merchandising:

Store Presentation:

Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by ensuring product displays are well-organized and attractive.

Participate in seasonal changes, promotions, and product launches by helping with displays and marketing materials.

Stock Rotation:

Ensure that products are displayed according to the correct stock rotation (e.g., FIFO – First In, First Out).

Keep shelves clean, well-stocked, and orderly at all times to facilitate easy customer access.

Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Assist colleagues with tasks such as customer service, restocking, or organizing product displays.
