Post: Sales associate

Exp : 0-5 years (inside sales)

Job Location: Nirman vihar (East Delhi)

Salary: 15k to 18k + incentives
Details: * Male/female both can apply.

* Shift timing : night: 9pm to 6am / day: 7am to 4pm

* Good communication skills.

Job Overview

A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and driving sales by providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Sales

Greet and assist customers in selecting products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Follow up with potential customers to close deals.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends.
Promote special discounts, offers, and new product launches.
Maintain stock and ensure proper display of products.

4. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and collect feedback for service improvement.

5. Store Operations & Reporting

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the manager.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and follows company guidelines.
