* Company will provide you 6 Days CRT.
* 4Days Class room training will be provided
* After Training There will be a test for Product knowledge Test, Call pitch Test, Working Structure Test.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Maintain a good performance report
• Daily you have to complete 100 connected calls/ 10 session Carter if any.
• Your Attendance criteria is depends on your daily target.
• If you complete less than 100 connected calls / 10 session Cater target then that will be marked as Absent for that day.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Experience : 1-6years
Qualification - Graduation
Good in Telephonic communication Language- English, Hindi(Mandatory)
COMPENSATION:
Monthly Salary - 30000 Fixed + Incentives (Depends on work structure)
Positive performance report of the candidate will be eligible for base pay and will work in the current department.
