Job Description
Looking for Sales Associate
Job Profile:
- Answers and screens telephone calls, maintains log of all inquiries received.
- Maintain guest and Travel Agent data for competitive analysis and deriving relevant reports.
- Responsible for managing online rates, promotions and rate parity with all OTA’s.
- Responding emails promptly from desk, on move or at home as and when required on priority.
- Manage database on daily basis for future references and follow ups.
- Maintaining daily sales report.
- Follow up sales enquiries on daily basis.
- Coordinate with unit for reservation charts, vouchers & all other queries if any to maintain transparent communication
- Performs administrative and secretarial duties for executive management.
Required Skills:
- Degree/Diploma from a recognised institution (Preferably tourism & hospitality).
- Proficient written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to comprehend and draft mails to analysis relevant data.
- Proficient in computers specially with outlook, MS Office and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 01 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
- Time Management.
- Pleasant personality and matured disposition.
- Versatile in performing multi tasks.
