Job Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving, managing, and guiding Business Development Managers (BDMs) to generate business through open market (field sales) for the following financial products:

Products:
• Fixed Deposits
• Life Insurance
• Health Insurance
• Vehicle Insurance
• Mutual Funds

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of BDMs
• Drive field sales activities in the open market through the team
• Achieve branch-level sales targets and revenue goals
• Recruit, train, and develop the sales team
• Ensure productivity, discipline, and compliance within the branch
• Build strong customer and channel relationships
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
