Sales / Business Development Associate Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and analysing sales options.
  • Sell employment screening services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending screening solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain after sales quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Making exceptional sales pitches to prospective clients
  • Identifying decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
  • Penetrating all targeted accounts and radiating sales from within client base
  • Meeting monthly & yearly sales targets determined by the company
  • Streamlining and optimising self-performance in order to maximise results
  • Building sound, lasting relationships with clients to fuel the company's growth
  • Achieving targets within deadlines
  • Planning for and executing new deals and developing new clients
  • Regularly following up with existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell
  • Keeping clients up-to-date with the latest company and sales information
  • Renewing contracts with clients at set time intervals
  • Maintaining & documenting clear client sale records in database
  • Visiting & meeting clients & prospects regularly
  • Calling prospects generated by external lead source

Client Relations Associate
Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving employment screening cases from clients.
  • Acknowledging case receipt to clients.
  • Assigning cases to verifications team.
  • Communicating first & second level insufficiencies to clients.
  • Clearing insufficiencies and client follow up.
  • Applicant Chasing.
  • Invoice Delivery and Payment Follow up.
  • Weekly Client Calls.
  • Delivery of Client Progress Sheets.
  • Addressing client queries via phone and email.
  • CSAT Surveys.
  • There are some very straight forward expectations from this role:
  • This is a client facing role and hence the person should be able to think out of the box, should be creative in delivering a solution to the client, should be able to see a potential problem brewing and identify a solution to fix it and should have an eye for detail.
  • The individual should represent “Absolute” positively in front of all clients and should be the ambassador of the company to the client. Total & utmost professionalism over phone & email is a must requirement.
  • Timely Delivery of all tasks to the client is a must requirement. The client relations role may require the individual to stretch beyond their normal working hours to deliver items to the client.
  • 100% attendance and punctuality is a mandatory expectation for this role.
  • Excellent communication and inter personnel skills.

Verification Associate
Key Responsibilities
  • To attain verifications via phone / email / fax / post according to the predefined quality standards, service level and productivity targets on assigned cases.
  • Obtaining verifications on Education Checks, Employment History Checks, Performance Feedback Checks, Reference / Cross Reference Checks, Criminal Record Checks, Drug Test, Address Checks, etc.
  • Analyzing verifications received and quality check as per internal parameter.
  • Updating internal MIS by the minute on all checks / cases.
  • Achieving a low turnaround time for completing checks across all categories.
  • Creating and maintaining healthy relationships with verification source contacts
  • Drafting screening reports and send the same to the client relations team for issuance to the client.

Team Lead
Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Provide guidance, coaching, development and leadership.
  • Oversee staff training and performance reviews.
  • Participate in the selection, promotion, and performance management of staff as required.
  • Focus on meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
  • The Team Leader candidate must have excellent customer service standards to define, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries and escalations and must be able to closely manage day to day operations.
  • Responsible for the selection, performance management, discipline and termination of employees within their assigned team.
  • Perform day to day management of a team of employment screening associates, including coaching and providing ongoing performance feedback.
  • Track performance of individual team members over time to evaluate performance, learning and capability.
  • Explain work process and procedures; organise work flow and make process improvements.
  • Effectively address any service issues that might be escalated by either internal or external customers.
  • Identify special training needs that may benefit the team.
  • Proactively highlight potential issues to management.
  • Drive process improvements and implement process changes as necessary.
  • Identify root causes, understand connections and implications and evaluate alternatives.
  • Interpret information in new and novel ways to better support the risk function and protect the firm.
  • Take action independently and move forward without clear instruction or close supervision.
  • Make decisions that are effective and well grounded based on data, insight and experience.
  • Make sound decisions in the best interest of the bank and coach others to do the same.
  • Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers.
  • Create an effective and efficient team through continuous communication, timely feedback, and appropriate supervisory practices.
Qualification & Skills: 
  • Knowledge of employment screening (preferable).
  • Proven operations of process and organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, plan, prioritize, and solve problems, by providing viable solutions and executing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and lead by example.
  • Competent with MS Office and Linux.
  • Excellent problem solver. 
  • Ability to cope with change; comfort with ambiguity.
