Job Description
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the US Healthcare or IT sector.
Sales Process Knowledge: Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling to closing deals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and presentations.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate with clients to close deals.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and delivering results.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, or cloud services.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through research, referrals, cold calling, social media, and networking.

Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Use CRM tools and Excel trackers to manage contact lists and prospect status.
2. Sales Presentations and Client Engagement

Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce company products/services.

Present company offerings in a professional and persuasive manner to address customer needs and pain points.

Conduct product demos or walkthroughs when required (online or on-site).
3. Business Development Strategy

Contribute to the development and execution of business growth strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to support sales goals and campaigns.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales techniques.
4. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to resolve queries or issues promptly.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business outcomes.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for review by the sales manager or leadership team.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, response time, and revenue growth.
6. Target Achievement

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
