Responsibilities
:
Take up the training from Head Office, Salem to understand the working of overall business and also understand your role in the business. After the initial training, continue getting trained on the job for a month through field work getting guidance from a senior executive.
Receive the business target figures for your area from the Head Office and set up a meeting with the regional/branch manager to set targets for each agent (franchisee) and inform the agent about the target in the beginning of the month.
Set your schedule for the month depending on the targets fixed for agents and visit those agents on the dates scheduled to discuss with agents ways to get new business and visit atleast 2-5 new customers in that area. Also visit existing customers in that area to maintain relationship and also to request for more business. Every customer (new/existing) visited can be followed up periodically through phone/e-mail/in-person visit until actual business conversion happens.
While visiting agents, also carry with you the list of past customers that stopped giving us business and pay a visit to understand and discuss what we can do to improve our business.

Any service feedback and complaints to be informed to the Branch / Marketing Head on a daily basis over phone.
Submitting the freight bills to the customers and collecting payments on time. Follow up on delayed payments from customers and taking an effort to get them with the help of the Branch Manager.
Filling up google forms on a daily basis with information of duties performed.
Periodic monitoring of Agents business figures and understanding actions needed to achieve targets by month end.
Required Skill :
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, English. Knowing Tamil is a plus.
Basic knowledge of computer operation.
Passion for marketing.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Under graduation degree.
Proven experience in a sales or relevant value-added role.
