Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Calling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain product benefits, and convert leads into loyal clients. This role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, and building strong customer relationships with a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Explain features and benefits of Ayurveda Leaf’s health products (e.g. weight loss, diabetes care, immunity boosters, etc.).
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable Ayurvedic solutions.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer responses, and status updates in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the team regarding customer queries, complaints, and suggestions.
• Build trust and maintain a strong rapport with clients for long-term retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling/sales experience (Ayurveda/Wellness sector preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong convincing skills and confident voice.
• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness products is a plus.
• Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
