Nimbus BPO is hiring DRA Certified Collection Executives to manage recovery and collections for our clients. This role involves direct interaction with customers to follow up on pending dues and ensure timely payments while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance guidelines.

• Contact customers via phone calls or field visits (if applicable) to recover pending payments

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements where necessary

• Maintain daily call logs, updates, and follow-ups in internal systems

• Ensure all collections are done in line with RBI/DRA compliance norms

• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or complex recovery cases

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the manager

• Submit timely reports on collections and customer feedback

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in collections, recovery, or related field

• Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory

• Education: Any qualification (10+2 / Graduate / Diploma)

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven and self-motivated

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call logs)

  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is a plus
