Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

  • Identify customer needs and present suitable products/services

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

  • Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates

  • Provide post-sales support and relationship management
