Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Training and Learning:

Participate in onboarding sessions, product training, and skill development workshops organized by the company.

Learn about the target market, customer behavior, and basic sales strategies.
2. Customer Engagement:

Approach potential customers through cold calls, walk-ins, emails, or follow-up inquiries.

Greet and assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products or services.

Build rapport with customers to encourage interest and trust in the product and the brand.

Answer customer queries regarding specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
3. Sales Support and Conversion:

Assist in generating sales leads and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, presentations, or proposals under guidance.

Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Work with the senior sales team or manager to close sales deals and meet assigned targets.
4. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

Stay updated on all new products, upgrades, and promotional campaigns.

Share product information with customers through brochures, live demos, or online platforms.

Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing or product development teams.
5. CRM and Record Keeping:

Enter and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales outcomes using the company’s CRM system.

Prepare simple sales reports or summaries as required by the supervisor.

Track personal performance metrics like call volume, follow-ups, and deal closures.
6. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as marketing, support, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations.

Participate in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews.

Share challenges or customer objections with the team to receive guidance and best practices.
7. Customer Service and After-Sales:
