We are seeking highly motivated fresher to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate test drives

Negotiate sales agreements and close deals

Maintain knowledge of current vehicle models and alternatives

Complete sales paperwork and financing arrangements

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Collaborate with the sales team for overall dealership success

Skills:

Strong ability to understand customer needs and establish relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Negotiation skills and competitive spirit

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
