Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales goals in a designated territory, developing strategies to increase market share.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and other healthcare staff.
Product Promotion & Education: Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, benefits, and new technologies to healthcare professionals.
Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance, answer inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage sales forecasts, and submit regular reports.
Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and training to stay updated and represent the company.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (often in healthcare/pharma) with a track record of hitting targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce) is often required.
A Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Science preferred) and a valid driver's license are common requirements.
