Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet and build rapport with potential customers, identifying their needs and budget.
Product Demonstration: Showcase vehicle features, options, and capacities through test drives and detailed explanations.
Sales and Negotiation: Persuade customers to purchase, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
Financing and Paperwork: Explain and coordinate financing options, complete all necessary sales contracts and documentation accurately, and manage inventory records.
Post-Sale Follow-Up: Contact buyers after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new models, competitor offerings, and automotive technology.
Reporting: Contribute to sales data by filling out standard reports.
