Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Source new customers for Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
● Generate minimum assigned monthly disbursement as per company target.
● Conduct field visits for client acquisition and document collection.
● Explain loan products, eligibility, ROI, tenure, and processing charges clearly to
customers.
● Collect and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank statements,
property papers, etc.
● Coordinate with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for file processing and
approvals.
● Maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners.
● Ensure quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement.
● Maintain daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.
● Ensure compliance with company and lender policies.
● Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support.
