Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Sales Consultant will be responsible for client acquisition and sales conversion.
- Responsible for counselling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.
- Knowledge of country-specific various processes will be an advantage.
- Candidates having experience in immigration will be preferred.
- Explaining to the clients about various visa processes, helping the clients to understand immigration procedure. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
- Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
- Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- Managing sales process.
- Ability to work under pressure
