- Assisting customers for online purchase of health/Term insurance plans telephonically.
- Pitching best suited insurance plans to the costumers.
- Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
- Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups.
- Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
- Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.
