- Manage the inflow of inbound leads & book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
- the process leads in a timely & Comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
- proactively follow up leads generated by liaisoning with sales managers.
- the employee has to work on the leads provided by the company. NO Cold Calling.
- the employee is not required to go on fields for the closure of leads.
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and services level to meet customer needs and to ensure quality services at all times.
- manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
- Negotiate commercial terms & within set guidelines
- liaise effectively with all departments within EURONICS to ensure customer requirements are met.
