Roles and Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant will play the role of shop to shop micro-retailing or order taking, considering the specified process of order taking:
· To prepare sales plan for the day.
· Focusing on sales order technique, taking order from each micro-retail shop with the help of specific mobile application.
· Product placement, stock check (LRTB), product merchandising or display, product expiry, covering all outlets with a new product SKU focus.
· Address customer complaints of sales and service
