Job Description
Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining the process related to work permits, visa applications, and migration, and guiding them through each stage. You will also be responsible for maintaining records in Excel, achieving sales targets, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a good understanding of overseas job markets and visa requirements. You will be the first point of contact for individuals looking to work or migrate abroad, and you must be able to deliver correct and updated information in a confident and convincing manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Calling and Communication

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s work permit and migration services.

Explain the end-to-end process of immigration and work visa acquisition in a clear, professional, and convincing manner.

Listen to the client’s needs, answer their queries, and identify their eligibility for various international job or migration programs.

Maintain a polite and professional tone in all communications—over phone, email, and in person.
2. Data Management
-
Enter all client information, follow-up status, and application updates accurately in Excel sheets or CRM systems.

Maintain an organized database of leads, interested candidates, and converted clients for future reference.

Generate weekly and monthly reports on call status, follow-ups, conversions, and targets achieved.
3. Target Achievement

Work towards achieving predefined monthly and quarterly sales targets related to client sign-ups and application processing.

Contribute to the team's overall goals and report sales performance to the team leader or manager regularly.

Stay motivated and result-oriented with a clear focus on client conversion and revenue generation.
4. Process Explanation and Counseling

Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding:

Available countries and job sectors

Types of work permits and eligibility criteria

Step-by-step application and documentation process

Estimated timelines, costs involved, and success rates

Offer honest and updated advice as per the latest immigration policies and legal regulations.
5. Follow-ups

Conduct daily follow-up calls/emails/messages to maintain client interest and ensure they complete their documentation process.

Track the status of leads who have shown interest but not yet enrolled, and guide them toward conversion.

Send reminders for payments, document submissions, and interview schedules, as needed.
6. In-Person Meetings

Welcome walk-in clients to the office and provide face-to-face consultation on the various services offered.

Conduct in-office meetings to assess documents and answer detailed queries.

Assist in guiding clients through physical form submissions or biometric scheduling if needed.
