Job Description
1.Loan Document processing
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Lead Generation

Identify potential clients in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, services, startups, NGOs) through market research, networking, and referrals.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in business events or trade shows.

Build a sales pipeline of prospects and maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
-
Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients during the initial stages of engagement.

Understand the unique needs of each client and communicate how our audit, accounting, and advisory services can meet their compliance and business objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with clients post-engagement to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Presentations and Proposal Development

Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating a clear understanding of audit processes and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams (audit managers, tax consultants, risk advisors) to draft technical proposals and service quotations.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service packages in line with firm policies and profitability goals.
4. Market Intelligence and Strategy

Monitor industry trends, client needs, competitor offerings, and market conditions to shape sales strategy.

Identify new service opportunities and cross-selling options within existing accounts.

Provide feedback to the leadership team on market gaps, pricing strategies, and client demands.
5. Reporting and CRM Management
-
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and present updates to the business development head or partners.

Track KPIs such as new leads, conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior decision-makers.

Ability to understand and explain audit services, tax consulting, and financial advisory offerings.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, or statutory compliance is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or prospects at different stages of the sales cycle.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
