Skills: Basic Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms and

Age: Maximum 30 years
Pay Structure: Upto 18K + incentives
Gender: Male or Female
Other Requirements:
• Must have a smart phone with extra sim slot.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers both in-store and online, listening attentively to their needs and providing tailored recommendations.

Build long-lasting relationships with clients by offering personalized service and consistently exceeding their expectations.

Assist customers in selecting the right products or services that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.

Sales Generation:

Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and capturing opportunities for new business.

Effectively communicate product benefits, features, and promotions to potential customers.

Close sales transactions while ensuring that all paperwork, payments, and follow-up details are accurately completed.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, trends, and features to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.

Attend product training sessions and seminars to increase product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Sales Reporting:

Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and results to management.

Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to identify areas for improvement or growth opportunities.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent after-sales support by addressing any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues post-purchase.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, offer assistance, and generate repeat business.
