Responsibilities and Duties

·         Support field sales team with market development activities and coordinating sales and marketing tool development activities

·         Making Quotations/Sending Quotations – Coordinating with the sales team for client requirements and our offer. If required visit the site with the sales team for Survey making.

·         Managing CRM and Software related to Sales.

·         Update and maintain a clear and detailed database on CRM.

·         Ability to write well-organized and structured emails in a business manner.

·         Monitoring client files/accounts/ payments/ production - processing/ billing/ dispatch/ installation/ complaint’s/.

·         Managing to-do list and work pendencys and Follow-ups.

·         Process the orders received from clients and make sure client receives the products under set deadlines

·         Answer incoming customer communications and take appropriate action for each channel (i.e. phone call, email, chat, or text message).

·         Responsible for all customer inquiries and product questions.

·         Follow up on customer inquiries by taking a specific action, in a timely manner.

·         Troubleshoot product problems in a timely manner, while ensuring excellent customer service.

·         Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

·         Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

·         Exercise customer retention efforts when appropriate.
