Job Description

Generate leads and maintain database

  • Lead Generation(supporting)
  • Maintaining the database of the Leads generated
  •  Influences customers to buy services   by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price proposals with potential clients to show them our facilities
  •  Make regular follow-ups with leads.
  • Maintain the database of leads in CRM Software.

Coordination

  • Continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly product sale targets.
  • Handles the inquiries from existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mails.
  • Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm appointments/ receipt of emails and proposals.
  • Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
  • Collaboration with Operations dept. on behalf of the team for zero presentations, session dates confirmations

Maintaining the marketing material stock in the department

  • Managing organizational requirements and requests for marketing material.
  • Ensure that representatives have sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures
  • To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitate the functioning.

Maintaining the STEPL payment sheet

  • Provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
  •  Collaboration with Accounts department regarding pending payments on behalf of team members.
  • Maintain the payment sheet of opened clubs & workshop and coordinate with accounts department.

Reports & Feedbacks

  • Assist the manager to prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers.
  • Required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Supervising the entries made by the team in the software against the weekly reports submitted by them
