Job Summary
A Sales Coordinator Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Track sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information, leads, and sales activities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Update CRM systems with accurate sales data and client interactions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for meetings.
4. Communication & Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between the sales team, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for on-time product delivery.
- Support marketing campaigns by sharing promotional materials with potential clients.
5. Process Improvement & Administration
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, training, and events.
