- Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with training and services to customers.
- Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Recommends IT Trainings solutions considering customer needs and interests.
- Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Microsoft technology, products, and services.
- Generating Qualified leads and align Business Manager with Customer for IT Trainings and services.
- Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs for trainings and certifications
- Effectively priorities multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
- Ability to teach and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
