- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Acting as a contact between Flipclass and its existing and potential markets.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Interacting with tutors to understand their availability and competence to handle classes.
- A graduate with good communication skills over the phone in English
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in customer service industry and B2C sales.
