Job Description
- Work with our lead generation channels such as pinnium.com, google, facebook, justdial, indiamart, alibaba, tradeindia, etc and funnel those inquiries in to our CRM and create high quality leads for the sales team
- Take ownership of the customer lead data and maintain the integrity of the data.
- Receive all inbound calls and route them to sales or logistics depending on the enquiry using the CRM.
- Advise the customer on the right solution.
- Work with the sales team on order placement.
- Record all inbound and outbound activity in the CRM tool.
- Create tickets for customer issues.
- Take ownership of the customer issues and coordinate with respective departments and resolve them by assigning tickets to the departments.
- Create weekly and monthly reports using the CRM tools.
- Take ownership of the process and be a customer champion.
