- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.
- Maintain customer sales tranaction report.
- Keeping update on delivery status/ proof , invoice to support sales team.
- Handle customer queries/escalations.
- Liason between other teams to provide service / support.

- Upselling/cross selling products.
