Job Description
Telemarketing activities
- Order follow-up, sales co-ordination , Database Preparation – region wise.
- Back end support - Sending quotation, payment follow up, SIF preparation, Maintain separate files for quotation, orders and payments region wise.
- Send Marketing emails to Target Segments/Prospects.
- Telemarketing calls to Prospective Customers.
- Internal coordination with Sales team (for Order Closure).
- Create DB of APAC Universities.
