Job Description
- Preparing Budgetary & Tender quotes for Research Laboratory Instruments.
- Sending quotes to the customer. Entering the Customer details & amp; Import orders in CRM.
- Making leads & EMD request for Tenders.
- Handle the customer enquiries and follow up with them for order process.
- Coordinate with the Principals, Clearing & forwarding Agents.
- Preparing invoice and payment follow up.
- Coordinate with branches & amp; Collect the daily reports from the sales & amp; service person.
- Consolidate the reports & amp; send it to the director.
- Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, voice messages or other forms of communication.
- Taking dictation & amp; transcribing on PC accurately. Sending fax, emails, surfing internet etc.,
- Duplicating, filing, recording and logging of data shared between departments and updating the information in the respective registers.
