Support- Sales of IT Products and Services:-
- Making Quotations & Coordination with the Client.
- Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis.
- Interacting with client directly through scheduled daily / weekly Business Conversation on email.
- Looking after Quotation & Delivery the Material & also Follow-up the Payment
- Pre- sales activities like preparation of quotations & invoices etc.
- Preparation of MIS reports, co-ordination with field sales staff etc.
Skills & Competencies:-
- Negotiation skills, Multitasking ,MIS Management ,Vendor management
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to handle correspondence independently.
- Strong computing skills MS Office, Excel, Macros, Pivots and/or in integrated computer software applications. Good interpersonal skills.
