Job Description
1) Taking orders from clients & maintaining healthy relationship with the clients.
2) Filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
3) Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
4) Responding to feedback from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
5) Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeline.
6) Inform to the clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
7) Coordinating with suppliers for technical issues, product samples, etc.
8) Monitoring the progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvement.
9) Scheduling & attending meetings with pan india clients (current & new) Introducing & demonstrating the products.
10) Handling orders by telephone, email or mobile phone and check the prices, discounts and quantity, contacting customers to resolve queries.
11) Preparing monthly sales reports (Client & Products wise) & meeting reports.
12) Payments follow ups on daily basis.
13) Searching for new clients with the various types of sources.
14) Coordinating with purchase team & accounts team for invoicing & payment.
