Responsibilities and Duties
- Key Role: Taking care of day to day transaction : Processing the order; Preparing Quotations, Purchase orders & Invoices; Coordinating dispatch of materials, Transport coordination, Payment & C-form follow-up, Sales coordination & Back office administration
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Well versed with :
- Computer operations
- Telephonic & E-mail communication, Letter drafting Payment follow up & interaction with clients.
- Banking work - cheque deposits, RTGS, payments through net-banking , payments of mobile / telephone / electricity bills etc.
- Experience of travel planning / on line booking of air / railway tickets , hotel booking etc. will be considered as an additional qualification.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
