Job Description

  • Promoting product awareness , answering queries, introducing new products
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts

  • Keeping oneself updated about company & its products
  • Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet new/existing doctor’s & acquiring business
  • Assess clients needs & present suitable promotional products
  • All field persons have to visit atleast 10 dr.’s a day
  • All field persons appointed for ethical (allopath dr.’s) promotion have to call atleast 6/7 allopathic dr.’s + 3/4 ayurvedic dr’s.
  • Presentation to be done using visual aids, tab, etc.
  • Maintain record of samples given to dr.’s
  • It is mandatory to take head office approval before appointing stockist / distributor
  • Appointing authorised health centres
  • Setting up medical camps for doctors
  • Retaining existing doctors & reviving inactive doctors
  • Keep accurate records & documentation for reporting & feedback
  • Attending quarterly/weekly review meetings
  • Sales projection for every month / quarter / year

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES CO-ORDINATORS:

  • Responsible for the business of the State / Area / Region given for all the sales / marketing related activities & will be the In charge of the state
  • Supposed to communicate with Doctors / Stockists / ASM / BDO’s of their assigned state / area & finalise strategy after consulting superiors
  • Contact New Doctors & Non Productive Doctors, make them productive & fix the appointment of New Doctors with our ASM / BDO’s
  • Follow up with Doctors / Stockists for Orders, requirement with assessment of present stock status at his place
  • Analyse with Doctors / Stockists for any slow moving / non moving products at their place & take appropriate action to liquidate the same
  • Follow up with Doctors / Stockists for outstanding payment collection / advance payment and update the same with Accounts Department & give information of dispatches with courier details to Doctors / Stockists / ASM / BDO’s whenever required
  • Arrange for the support to the existing / new doctors through promotional inputs such as TI Books / Leaflets / Banners / Pamphlets / etc & arrange to send these items through Back Office
  • Promoting the Existing Doctors to increase their sales by means of Advertisement in Newspapers / Cable TV Network with prior Pre Approval from the Management
  • Explain the existing Doctors about the Company’s Specialised Treatment Center ie.Authorised Health Center with benefits of the same which Doctor will get including Glowsign Board, Advertising in Newspaper / Cable TV Networks / etc
  • Announcement of New Products Launch with Pricing / Scheme / Offer Details with Doctors / Stockists
  • Analyse Inactive Doctors of the state / area, converse with them, find the reason for not purchasing & make them productive with existing / new products
  • Preparation of Franshisee Agreements with collection of all the relevant documents such as TIN Certificate, Proprietor Id with Address Proof, Bank Details, etc and getting it approved from Management
  • Follow up with Field Force of the state / area on day to day basis, collecting their market working reports every day for the previous day’s work.
  • Collection of Field Force Tour Plan by 25th of every month for the next month, analyse, review the Man days Planned Townwise / Areawise and Finalisation of same with consultation of HOD
  • Verification of Field Force Expenses submitted on Fortnightly basis along with Daily Markets / Productivity Reports & submit the same to respective HOD for processing
  • Submission of Daily Reports in the given standard formats to respective HOD
  • Segregation of Doctors Districtwise
  • Digital Reporting from Field Force has to be implemented
  • Regular feedbacks,support to the fieldforce as & when required
