- Post : Marketing Coordinator | Sales Coordinator.
- Location : Borivali (W)
- Experience : 0 to 4 years
- Check all receive, sort & deliver emails on daily basis.
- Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries.
- Coordination with customer for ordering, dispatch & follow-up for payment.
- Maintaining & developing relationship with existing customer via telephone or Emails.
- Negotiating on price, costs & delivery.
- Make an arrangement for Transport Loading & Unloading of material.
- Need to take follow-up for payments.
- Record Purchase, sales, Collection, Debit note, credit note entries in Tally.
- Keeping track with the customers for new orders. Satisfying the customer requirement by giving proper guidance & handling customer complaints and solving them by forwarding it to proper departments.
- Pro- active
- Smart
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Mail communication & verbal communication required
- Need to communicate with client for their orders, sales, payments.
- Tally would be preferable.
