Job Description
· Provide complete support to all the tasks related to sales and, if required, different departments.
· Prepare all the documentation related to the sales process
· Assist in diverse tasks as design and prepare quotation of solar panel systems, update prices of materials, prepare send and oversee the correct flow of documentation related of solar panel installation process.
· Update files in G-Suite.
· Be adaptable to attend new requirements in a swiftly and efficient way.
· Engaging in daily client and supplier correspondence,
· Reporting and consistently updating the sales numbers
· Recommend solutions and undertake them as projects to achieve concrete results
· Supply regular communications to the field sales team on a range of CRM topics – e.g. ways to maximise system usage, features, frequently asked questions, and other relevant updates/changes
· Phone communication with clients.
