Job Description
- Good communication skills in english , hindi , gujarati telesales exp Managing documents of Office, Record keeping of several units.
- Official Work like Emailing to Client, Inquiry to sales data etc.
- Always having proactive approach towards work or other activates.
- Take care of Customer Feed Back & Customer complain for marketing department.
- Making outgoing calls to regular customers to take orders of pharmaceutical products.
- Work directly with customer via telephone, e-mail and fax for healthy sales.
- Educate customers about our new products and services to increase their daily spend.
- Educate and explain about our product type and composition, product pricing and answering product related queries.
- Follow up with customer for any customer service related issues.
- Giving market information and updates to customers.
- Cold calling prospective customers to increase customer base and bring in new customers.
- Maintain accurate daily report and record of sales in Sales Tracker file.
- Maintain Incentive Earned file to keep track of incentive earned on daily basis in MS-Excel.
