Job Overview:
We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure efficient sales operations. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in managing customer orders, maintaining sales data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication between sales executives and clients.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. This is a back-office or support role but may involve occasional client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by preparing and sharing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

Track sales inquiries and follow up with the team to ensure timely closure.

Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers and internal staff.
2. Order Management:

Process incoming sales orders accurately using ERP, CRM, or order management software.

Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team for product dispatch and delivery.

Track the status of each order and update salespersons or clients regularly.
3. Customer Coordination:

Respond to customer emails, calls, and queries regarding orders, deliveries, or complaints.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and resolve issues professionally.

Schedule meetings or product demos on behalf of sales executives if needed.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for internal review.

Maintain records of sales targets, achievements, quotations, and client communications.

Ensure proper documentation of deals and contracts.
5. Coordination with Internal Departments:

Liaise with finance and accounts teams for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

Coordinate with production or inventory teams to confirm product availability.

Communicate promotional schemes or offers from marketing to the sales team or clients.
6. CRM & Database Management:

Update and maintain client information and lead status in CRM software.

Generate leads from databases or inbound inquiries and pass them to the sales team.

Track and manage renewal dates, repeat orders, or follow-ups for key accounts.
